Ginger turmeric lmmune-boosting energy juice
Ginger Turmeric Immune-Boosting Energy Juice is a refreshing and powerful wellness drink packed with natural ingredients known for their health benefits. The combination of fresh ginger, turmeric, citrus, and natural sweetness creates a vibrant juice that helps support immunity, reduce inflammation, and provide a natural energy boost.
How to make:
1. Prepare the ingredients
Start by washing the ginger and turmeric roots thoroughly. Peel the outer skin using a spoon or knife. Peel the orange and remove any seeds. Fresh ingredients ensure the juice is full of nutrients and natural flavor.
2. Chop for easier blending
Cut the ginger, turmeric, and orange into small pieces. Smaller pieces make it easier for the blender or juicer to break them down smoothly.
3. Add ingredients to the blender
Place the chopped ginger, turmeric, orange pieces, lemon juice, and coconut water into a blender. Coconut water adds natural electrolytes and a mild sweetness to the drink.
4. Blend until smooth
Blend everything for about 30–45 seconds until the mixture becomes smooth and fully combined. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add a little more water.
5. Strain the juice (optional)
For a smoother drink, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove pulp and fibrous pieces.
6. Add finishing touches
Stir in honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter taste. Add a small pinch of black pepper, which helps the body absorb the active compound in turmeric more effectively.
7. Serve fresh
Pour the juice into a glass over ice if desired. Drink immediately to enjoy the maximum freshness and nutritional benefits.

Notes:
Black pepper improves turmeric absorption because it contains piperine, which enhances curcumin uptake in the body.
Fresh turmeric can stain surfaces and hands, so handle carefully.
The juice is best consumed fresh to retain nutrients and flavour.
You can add carrot, pineapple, or apple for extra sweetness and nutrients.
Drinking this juice in the morning on an empty stomach may help kick-start digestion and energy levels.
Store leftovers in an airtight glass bottle in the refrigerator and consume within 24 hours.
